Q) How can I Track my Order?

Customers will be intimated over their registered email and mobile number on generation of AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) by the shipping department. Orders can be tracked through the link shared in the shipment confirmation email or via our order status page "Track Order" by entering your order number. In case the confirmation email is not received, kindly wait for 24-48 hours for it to be updated or check your spam folder.

Q) Can I change my shipping address after the order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, shipping information, including delivery address cannot be modified once the order is placed. Kindly ensure the address entered is correct and checked before placing any order. In case of incorrect address the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent.
